Well apart from the number of people, yesterdays trip in went very smoothly indeed. In fact so did the journey home last night and the trip in this morning.

I think GNER are trying to lull us into a false sense of security. That or they've finally found the secret to running an efficient train service. Having said that I'd put my money on the former rather than the latter.

This will be my last post for a couple of weeks becasue I'm off on my hols from lunchtime today. No train journies = No posting. Check www.gnersucks.co.uk. Looks like I'll also miss the Signalmans strike as well. Oh, there is a god though sadley, he's not often present on GNER trains.
