As you'll see, in most cases GNER have provided a variation of excuses to justify increased parking fees at each station. These range from, bring fees into line with other local parking charges, Increase spaces, cover costs of CCTV, to cover the costs of their franchise which incidentally, many feel they overpaid (or rather their customers will)

The words Grabbing, Bastards and Money spring to mind though not necessarily in that order.

Situation is as the title states. The trains have run on time this week but 48 hrs after my Email, GNER still haven't replied. I truely beleive they will but if I'm honest, I think it will be a good week or so before they get round to me. I guess there must be so many complaints, that or they can't justify their actions and/or really don't care what their paying customers think.
