Whilst the servcies I've caught this week have all run on time, the same can't be said for others.

Chatting with a few fellow commuters this morning, it seems a number of the evening trains have been delayed though strangly not one person could remember GNER giving an explanation as to why.
I also learned that there have been a number of carraiges whose aircon has failed.

The moral of this story is - Ya pays ya money, ya takes ya chance with GNER.

Anyway, I'm just about to leave the office for Ascot Races which will men a ride on Southwest Trains from Waterloo. I wonder what state the bone shaker will be in after the morning rush hour?
