Google 'GNER' and for the first time that I've seen, you'll see this site listed on page 1. Google 'commuter' and it's listed half way down page 2. Fame at last.
I don't know how or why the listing improves though please don't leave a comment to explain becasue I write this for fun and really couldn't give a monkeys. A page 1 listing is good enough for me. What I do know is that the number of page views and visits per month continues to rise.
Looks like I've been lucky over the last few days or at least I would have been had I not been hit by some bug (probably called sledge hammer because that what I felt I'd been hit with while travelling on yesterdays 15.17 to P'boro). Having only caught the 2 trains, (1 of which ran on time) and because I feel like i've been done over by a group of Cardiff City fans, i've not gone in today and Dr Feelgood sayes that despite the pills he's given me, I shouldn't expect to feel any better tomorrow, I've probably done my last journey for this week. I'm in Swindon Monday and driving there so I'm not likely to experience the plesures of traveling with GNER again until next Tuesday at the earliest.
The story about GNER having no trains to run the Newcastle train on the 31st and the LIES, sorry excuses, they've told is priceless. The person who writes the Ticket Collector blog is a great source of information when one is looking for the truth. Perhaps he should rename the site - The Commuters Allie. (If thats how you spell it).
