I am an infrequent traveller on GNER but I think the service being only 45 minutes from Peterborough to London is excellent. it is far better then any other affordable service available.
I have found the staff to be courteous and friendly, not discounting the grumles we all get from time to time.
I have witnessed some remarkable acts of kindness by fellow travellers to each other also.
Keep up the good work forum!!
