At that moment, Rob stopped to answer his phone. True to form I heard him really snapping at one of his colleagues who'd obviously rung to asked him if something or other had been finished. Is that bloke ever gonna learn how to be professional and provide good friendly service to his customers. Not on tghe evidence I've seen.

On good note, I did think how nice it was not to have to work with a misserable git like that.
