We could provide a better service by redirecting folks to this blog most days. Except of course, that that would presuppose the WiFi on the delayed trains worked long enough to get an update up.

The disruption page was totally unbelievable. It said something like "Disruptions Reported" and when you clicked on the link for more detailed information, it said "Disruptions Reported". Nice!
On another note, I remember reading somewhere that NXEC would give GNER annual season ticket holders (bought before NXEC took over) their 5% discount when renewing.. Anyone know if this is true or do I need to fill out one of those compensation forms?
